Healing with Hope Corp (the “Organization”) provides harm reduction, prevention, outreach, and supportive services in good faith to promote health and safety. Our programs are designed for educational, supportive, and preventive purposes only. We do not encourage, condone, or promote substance use. Services are offered to reduce the risk of harm and accidental overdose for individuals who choose to use substances.

Participation in our programs is voluntary. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge and accept that substance use carries inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated, even with harm reduction support.

Liability Waiver
In consideration of being permitted to participate in Healing with Hope Corp programs, I hereby acknowledge and agree that:

Assumption of Risk
I understand and accept that participation in these services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the possibility of accidental injury, medical emergency, or death.

Release of Liability
I voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Healing with Hope Corp, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in these programs.

No Medical Guarantee
I understand that while staff and volunteers may be trained in harm reduction and overdose response (including administration of naloxone/Narcan), they are not a substitute for emergency medical professionals. The Organization does not guarantee prevention of harm or death. In the event of an emergency, 911 will be contacted immediately.

Confidentiality & Data Handling
I understand that Healing with Hope Corp collects only the minimum information necessary to provide services and that any personally identifiable information will be deleted within 72 hours, unless otherwise required by law.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise
